We were very pleased with our experience at CARE surgery center. The staff was very thorough in everything they did for our dog Zuri - from the initial examination, to communicating with us pre and post surgery, and the post surgery care they provided - everything was done with professionalism and compassion. The exam rooms and overall facility was very clean and well taken care of also. Not only did the staff communicate everything to us as the pet owner, they also shared all updates with our regular veterinarian too. Dr. Kroner did a great job during the surgery which resulted in a very easy and speedy recovery for our dog. I would highly recommend coming here for any of your pet surgical needs!

I found the experience at Care Surgery to be competent and compassionate and after being mistreated at my local veterinary ER, it is such a relief to see my puppy relaxing as she heals. The prognosis going forward is the best or better than expected and it was very kind of them to call today for a follow-up 'wellness check ' Thanks to the doctor and staff for the best experience that anyone can expect.

Our 10 year old poodle, Jackson needed multiple surgeries and our vet referred us to Dr. Kroner at Care Surgery Center. Dr. Kroner and his staff treated Jackson with great care and compassion. They kept us informed of his progress through out the procedure.. Surgery was successful. They are the best and we highly recommend Dr. Kroner should you ever need his services.

The team here is wonderful! Communication throughout our cat’s surgery was great. Love that you can text them questions and updates during the recovery process. I highly recommend Dr. Kroner!

We were referred here by our vet because our 4 month old terrier mix had a knee injury. They really do care here - from how they treat the humans to the animals. The entire staff (front desk, tech, doctor) were genuine, clear, and kind. I hope our puppy stays healthy and that we never have to go back, but if we do, I'm happy to come back here.

All I can say is Wow and Thank You! Dr. Kroner and his staff were tremendous two days ago when Charlie needed surgery to remove a long thread that had gotten into intestines! This review could easily go on and on, but just know he and his staff are extremely Good! The two clinics we go to and the VEG Brookfield, WI ER "all" had given them "high" marks and I am in total agreement. Thank you Dr. Kroner and staff!

My golden retriever, Honey, underwent two procedures at Care in the past six months. Both times, I was highly impressed with their attentiveness, communication, and availability. There were a few times when I was an overly-concerned dog mom and they graciously dropped everything to let us come in and get her looked at for no additional charge. The care that Dr. Kroner, Amy and Amber in particular showed our family was nothing short of wonderful. While going through something as difficult as opting for major surgery on a pet, they were comforting and put us at ease. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them or return if needed. Not only do they about their two-legged customers, I can tell that they truly love our four-legged baby.

In May, my dog sustained significant ligament damage, and the ER originally recommended amputating her leg. Devastated, I looked for another option and that’s when we found CARE Surgery Center in Brookfield. From the very first visit, Dr. Kroner gave us hope. He was confident that he could repair her leg, and he and his team delivered beyond anything we could have imagined. We are now 12+ weeks post-op, and my dog is walking beautifully and even starting to run again! The care, compassion, and skill that every single staff member showed us was absolutely incredible. They treated us with kindness during one of the hardest times of our lives and cared for my dog as if she were their own. I truly could not have asked for a better team or a better experience. CARE and Dr. Kroner gave my dog her life back, and for that I will be forever grateful. If your pet ever needs specialized care, this is the place to go. They even decorated her little cast each visit!

Can’t even explain how happy I am with Care Surgery Center. Dr Kroner explained everything perfectly. I’m more than confident his team will be able to help my cat! They were very gentle with her as well. Highly recommend them for your pets surgical needs.

This was our second surgery here for our fur baby, Marti! He had a torn ACL in both in his hind legs a year apart from one another! The entire team are so kind, compassionate and take the utmost care for Marti before, during and after his surgery. When we left during his scheduled time for the surgery they kept us updated the whole time from the x-rays, to the start of the surgery and post surgery. It completely eased the worry we had for him. Any questions we had they took the time and were very patient and accommodating to our dogs fear of the going to the Vet/Surgery Center! Thank you so much for all you do!! ❤️ 🐕 🏥
